Susan is a creative, caring, highly committed therapist with more than eighteen years progressive social work, counseling, and volunteer work experience in the social services field. She has been in private practice for the past five years and has worked with men, women, couples, families, adolescents and children with varied relationship, social/emotional, and mental health challenges.
   

~ Insurance & Healthcare Networks ~

Susan Horen, L.S.C.S.W.  participates in various healthcare networks and accepts several insurance coverage s. Patient/client fees and co-payments will vary with each individual's healthcare plan. Patients are responsible for verifying their network or insurance coverage with their health insurance plan and/or through our office. Co-payment and fees are payable at the time of appointment. Credit cards, checks, and cash are accepted.
